Who we are
Carpet Heroes helps people care for the carpets, rugs and fabric furniture they use every day.
That might mean a living room carpet, stairs and landings, or upholstery that needs attention before a move.
We focus on the material in front of us. Fibre, existing wear and previous treatments all help us decide how to approach the clean.
What we clean
Our work covers fitted carpets, suitable rugs, sofas and other fabric upholstery, along with stain assessment and pet odour treatment.
If you ask about a whole house clean, we mean the carpets throughout the home. Kitchen, bathroom and oven cleaning are not included.

We listen first
A busy hallway, a wool rug and a sofa with a spill need different conversations. Tell us what concerns you before the visit.
We explain the limits
Cleaning cannot reverse every stain or worn fibre. We discuss what may improve and where permanent damage could affect the result.

A Southampton clean, explained
One Southampton job involved an 80/20 wool and synthetic blend with visible soil in the busy walkways.
We used targeted pre treatment followed by hot water extraction, with extra extraction passes to recover moisture.
The carpet was slightly damp when we finished and dried in around two to four hours with natural airflow.
That was the outcome for this job. Different fibres, room conditions and soil levels can change the drying time.
